We’re looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer to drive product development and technical excellence across our platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering features and fixes on time, ensuring system stability, and leading improvements in code quality, infrastructure, and operations. You’ll work hands-on across the stack - from building modern React + TypeScript frontends to developing scalable Node.js/NestJS backends - while shaping architecture, contributing to database design, and ensuring secure, reliable deployments on AWS.
Beyond coding, you’ll collaborate with product, business, and external partners, influence feature design, maintain useful documentation, and champion best practices in testing, observability, and production support.
Responsibilities
- Timely delivery of features and fixes according to the company standards
- Identifying issues and technical debt and driving improvements
- Ensure stable operations and handle production issues
- Implement changes and fixes in third party tools (e.g. Superset, Airflow)
- Configure the infrastructure according to project requirements
- Release changes to production in a safe and reliable manner
- Keep the technical documentation useful and up to date
- Participate in feature and architectural discussions
- Contribute to DB schema design
Requirements
Must-Have
- You have deep experience with:
- React and TypeScript on the frontend
- TypeScript, Node.js, preferably NestJS on the backend
- AWS, Docker, and preferably Terraform
- MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Participation in requirement clarification, feature design, estimation, and architecture discussions.
- Participation in requirement clarification, feature design and estimation
- Experience in implementing observability and production support
- Test automation on a unit test and integration test level
- Being able to collaborate with other tech teams, business teams and external partners
- Speaking English proficiently
Nice to Have
- Experience in working with payment processing, crypto or banking products
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with application security and SSDLC
- Experience of using AI tools for development
- Approach to maintaining useful documentation
- Experience with BI tools
- Experience with Airflow
- Speaking Russian
