Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly
  • Revenue Growth:

               - Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize business opportunities

               - Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts

  • Customer Support: Deliver high-quality support to clients in resolving payment and payment system-related inquiries.

Payment Responsibilities:

  • Clear performing operations in the client-bank and on the Kraken cryptocurrency exchange
  • Quality preparation of documentation necessary for conducting transactions and working with partners (contracts, invoices, etc.)
  • Bank response
  • Report Generation: Prepare regular performance and effectiveness reports for payment systems, along with recommendations for improvements.

Skill Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in the e-commerce fintech or financial services sector.
  • Payment Expertise: In-depth understanding of payment processes, methods, and technologies within the e-commerce landscape
  • Knowledge of AML, KYC and regulatory knowledge
  • Experience in private banking would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex payment-related challenges and develop innovative solutions.
